Responsibilities

Assist with SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization
Optimize meta tags, headers, images, and internal links
Write SEO-optimized content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts
Support link building and outreach efforts to strengthen domain authority and visibility
Track performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Support technical SEO tasks such as site speed, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
Contribute to content planning and optimization for client websites
Implement and track local SEO strategies (Google Business Profiles, citations, etc.)
Stay current on SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates

Qualifications

1–2 years of SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
Solid understanding of on-page, technical, and local SEO
Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, optimized content
Comfortable working in CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Must be located in the U.S. and eligible to work without sponsorship

Remote-Work Expectations

We’re remote-first, but not hands-off. You should have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to manage your own time. Communicate proactively, stay accountable, and adapt quickly when challenges arise.
