We need a data-savvy, creative, and outcome-driven Growth Marketing Lead to help drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across all key channels. This is a foundational role that will play a critical part in shaping how we grow—sustainably, scalably, and smartly.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a growth-minded marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution. You’re just as comfortable deep in performance metrics as you are brainstorming new campaign angles. You bring a test-and-learn mindset, a strong grasp of B2B SaaS, and a bias toward action. You’ve owned channels, pipelines, and KPIs—and are ready to help Xano scale smarter and faster. This is a hands-on role with high visibility and room to grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and lead our growth marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Own the acquisition funnel end-to-end, optimizing CAC, LTV, and conversion velocity
- Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and unlock new growth levers
- Partner with Product and Data teams to drive PLG growth loops and optimize conversion funnels
- Launch and manage campaigns across digital channels, including SEM, paid social, SEO, email, and more
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to generate qualified pipeline and support ABM initiatives
- Define, track, and report on KPIs that guide decision-making and drive strategy
- Mentor and develop future team members as we build and scale the growth marketing function
Your competencies
- 5+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record building acquisition campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing tools
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing spend for ROI
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRO best practices
- Skilled in lifecycle marketing, including email, in-app messaging, and onboarding flows
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator across teams
- Scrappy, curious, and energized by experimentation, learning, and scaling growth
