You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. The goal is to increase website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities include managing the company's e-commerce website, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will analyze website performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average order value, conversion rate, and customer retention. Developing and managing the e-commerce marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across different channels, and tracking ROI are crucial aspects of this role. You will collaborate closely with the merchandising, creative, and IT teams to ensure alignment on product launches, promotional activities, and website functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales for a retail brand, is essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with e-commerce analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) are required. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM systems is highly desirable. You should have a solid understanding of SEO best practices, paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising, and email marketing automation. Excellent project management and communication skills are necessary to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders. A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making will be key to success. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques is a significant advantage. This role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt to the ever-evolving digital retail environment and deliver measurable results.
