Our client is actively searching for a driven and analytical E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead their online sales expansion efforts. This is a remote-first opportunity, enabling you to shape and execute growth strategies from anywhere in the US. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the e-commerce landscape, with a proven ability to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through innovative digital marketing tactics. You will be responsible for developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid social, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, affiliate programs, and influencer collaborations. A key focus will be on data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve aggressive growth targets. You will work closely with the product, content, and web development teams to ensure a cohesive and high-converting customer journey. This role requires a proactive approach, a passion for experimentation, and a commitment to staying ahead of e-commerce trends.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy to drive sales and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads. Oversee SEM efforts, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy creation. Design and implement email marketing campaigns for customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional offers. Build and manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs to expand reach and drive conversions. Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns to improve performance. Analyze marketing data, track KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, LTV), and generate insightful reports to inform strategy. Collaborate with content creators and web developers to optimize the user experience and conversion rates on the website. Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on growth and customer acquisition. Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid social and SEM campaigns. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Strong understanding of email marketing automation and CRM systems. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and project management abilities. Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
