Digital Marketing Specialist

Vontier

This position will work a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays from home, and Tuesdays through Thursdays at Matco's corporate office in Stow, Ohio.

You will assist our marketing efforts using digital marketing tools to drive demand performance with an emphasis on search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, and email marketing. You will also assist with the creation and measurement of digital marketing campaigns using Google, Facebook, and other marketing cloud tools to drive and convert website traffic. You will work closely with Digital Marketing Analysts/Specialist, MarCom and Digital Designer, Product Managers, and IT.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Help to drive digital marketing programs including, but not limited to: search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, online advertising, mobile app, virtual, and emerging media.

Assist in creating and updating reports to analyze campaign data to create campaign optimization recommendations.

Develop strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns.

Research market trends and behavior to help guide marketing strategy for paid media, content creation, emails, websites, etc.

Run test and learn experiments and share ROI/post-campaign metrics with key stakeholders. Apply learnings to drive spend efficiencies and improvements.

Develop creative landing pages, blog posts, and SEO to improve website traffic and conversion.

Help with other project tasks related to digital marketing and data management as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a marketing related field

1-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, including experience working with IT, creative teams, or providing creative design direction for digital campaigns and websites.

Knowledge of A/B testing and UX best practices

1-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing/content, SEM/SEO, analytics, email, advertising

Experience using Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Google Ad Words, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, BI, or reporting tools

Customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Well rounded in SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, digital ad displays, retargeting, and CRM
