Performance Marketing Specialist

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for managing PPC campaigns and optimizing ad operations across various channels. Key Responsibilities Support all facets of PPC campaign management, including event tracking, bidding, keyword research, ad copy, reporting, and optimization Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, and develop reports for senior management Manage and allocate weekly budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in managing Paid Search channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads) Experience managing budgets over $100k a month on Google Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data methodologies for performance decision-making Proficiency in platforms such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
