A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale their paid acquisition strategy across digital channels. Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns Manage and execute all email and SMS communications, including automated workflows and promotional campaigns Conduct advanced audience segmentation, targeting, and keyword research to drive growth Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media management Proven track record of managing significant ad spend and delivering measurable ROI Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (or willingness to obtain) Strong analytical background with experience in attribution modeling and statistical testing
