eCommerce Trial Modernization Manager

A company is looking for an eCommerce Innovation - Trial Modernization Manager to accelerate trial monetization and modernize trial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Execute trial modernization initiatives to enhance product offerings and improve trial experiences

Own execution of specific stages in the trial monetization funnel, including tracking key metrics and analyzing A / B tests

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and ensure alignment with customer journeys

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in eCommerce, product operations, growth, monetization, or lifecycle roles within SaaS or subscription businesses

Experience supporting trial, conversion, or monetization initiatives in self-serve or product-led environments

Strong analytical skills with experience using product or marketing analytics tools
