A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Strategy & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Define how marketing drives business growth from pipeline modeling to campaign ROI frameworks

Own the marketing measurement strategy, including definitions of MQL, pipeline, and attribution

Build executive-level dashboards that connect marketing investment to revenue performance

Required Qualifications

8-12 years in marketing analytics, strategy, or operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or GTM organizations

Proven success leading a marketing analytics or strategy function with measurable revenue impact

Expertise in pipeline modeling, attribution, data visualization, and familiarity with SQL or Python

Strong understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot / Marketo, and modern data stacks

Experience building and managing small teams (2-5 direct reports)
