To support this, we are looking for a skilled Web Designer & SEO Specialist to take our online presence to the next level.

Position Overview

This role combines technical website development/design with strategic SEO planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web technologies and a passion for improving online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.

This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday. You will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to drive performance and support business objectives across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites (WordPress and/or custom platforms)
• Ensure responsive, fast, and user-friendly web experiences across all devices
• Perform ongoing SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
• Optimize site structure, metadata, images, content, and internal linking for SEO
• Create landing pages and integrate marketing tools (e.g., tracking pixels, forms, CRMs)
• Monitor web traffic, performance, and keyword rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
• Implement and monitor technical SEO fixes (indexing, crawl errors, schema markup)
• Work closely with marketing to align SEO goals with content strategies
• Research and stay up to date with SEO and web development trends and algorithm changes
• Troubleshoot bugs and issues, ensuring minimal downtime or disruption
• Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights
• Graphic design experience is desirable but not required

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Strong experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, performance optimization)
• Solid understanding of SEO tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tag management tools
• Experience with schema markup and technical SEO best practices
• Graphic design or UI/UX experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
