Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media management. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our website, and optimizing conversion rates. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop effective marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Optimize website content for search engines using SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and link building.
- Manage and analyze web analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics.
- Utilize Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to monitor site health and improve search engine rankings.
- Oversee content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to ensure content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance online sales through effective digital marketing techniques.
- Conduct conversion optimization initiatives to improve user experience and increase lead generation.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques for effective keyword research and optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- 2–5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical, local).
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads a plus.
- Comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- A self-starter mindset who takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a small team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
