Business Development Executive
Transformation Hospitality SolutionsWe’re seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth by selling taskforce, temporary (TF) and direct-hire (DH) staffing services to hotels and hospitality groups nationwide.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who already sells into hotels, understands decision-makers in the industry, and has an established network of hotel contacts.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with hotels and hospitality groups
- Sell task force, temporary and direct-hire staffing solutions across multiple departments primarily in management roles
- Leverage your existing hotel relationships to open doors and grow revenue
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution
- Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of hotel clients
- Partner closely with operations/recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales to hotels or hospitality groups
- Experience selling staffing/services strongly preferred (hospitality staffing a major plus)
- Existing network of hotel decision-makers (GMs, HR leaders, regional ops, procurement, management companies)
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with hospitality staffing agencies
- Experience selling outsourced hotel services
- Experience with national or multi-property hotel groups
