We are seeking a passionate and engaging Marketing Manager, Consumer Business Division to join our growing team. This role will be developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote TP-Link’s products to consumers.

Reports to: General Manager
Job Requirements
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, business administration, or communications-related discipline
· 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally in tech, electronics, smart home, or IT hardware industries
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset)
· Proven experience in marketing high-end products and building premium brand image
· Strong track record in PR, influencer/ KOL marketing, and media relations within Canada
· Familiarity with Canadian retail/ eCommerce channels and local consumer preferences
· Deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, community management, and performance analysis
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing tools and metrics to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
· Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools
· Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
· Adaptability to changing market dynamics and evolving consumer behaviors
· Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in a competitive industry
· Ability to create persuasive and engaging marketing content
· Strong leadership and teamwork skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-cultural environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Brand, Product & Go-to-Market Strategy
o Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for consumer networking and consumer electronics (smart home) products in Canada, with a focus on high-end and flagship lines;
o Develop differentiated positioning and compelling storytelling to elevate brand perception and drive category leadership;
o Ensure all marketing assets and campaigns consistently reflect premium brand standards across online, offline, and retail channels.
· Digital Marketing, SEO & Performance Media
o Plan and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social platforms, and display channels to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion;
o Develop and implement SEO strategies—including keyword research, content optimization, and technical enhancements—to increase organic visibility and traffic;
o Plan, manage, optimize the SEM initiatives with continuous testing, targeting, and budget optimization to maximize ROI;
o Leverage analytics tools to measure performance, generate insights, and adjust
strategies in real time.
· PR, Media & Influencer Engagement
o Build strong relationships with Canadian tech media to secure product reviews, press coverage, and award recognitions that reinforce brand credibility;
o Identify, contract, and manage influencer partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to generate authentic, high-impact content;
o Oversee all aspects of influencer and KOL campaigns—from brief development to performance tracking—while cultivating long-term partnerships.
· Community Growth & Advocacy
o Develop and activate online communities across Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups,Instagram, RedFlagDeals, and similar platforms to foster engagement and brand loyalty;
o Launch and manage brand advocates, early adopter, or enthusiast programs to encourage word-of-mouth advocacy and repeat purchases;
o Coordinate with sales teams to drive direct-to-consumer initiatives, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and remarketing campaigns.
· Market Intelligence & Cross-functional Collaboration
o Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure strong product-market fit;
o Partner with HQ, product, sales teams, other marketing departments, to align on messaging, channel strategies, customer experience, and joint marketing initiatives;
o Collaborate with channel partners to execute high-impact in-store, online, and co-branded campaigns.
· Budget Management
o Effectively plan and manage budget to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
· Leadership
o Exhibit strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team of marketing professionals.
· Staying Updated
o Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the ever-evolving online advertising landscape.
· Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager
