As both a social impact investment and a product-led strategy, the Academy combines Adobe products, industry-aligned curriculum, and credentialing opportunities to expand access to digital and creative skills worldwide.
Designed for a visually driven and innovation-focused workforce, the program equips learners with the tools to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and drive impact. Adobe’s global goal is to reach 30 million digital learners through scalable, accessible upskilling opportunities.
TMCF x Adobe Partnership
Through a strategic partnership with Adobe, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is expanding access to high-impact digital upskilling opportunities for students attending HBCUs and HBCCs nationwide. This evergreen initiative connects TMCF scholars directly to the Adobe Digital Skills Academy through a streamlined, low-barrier enrollment process. Students gain on-demand access to industry-recognized training in creative, digital, and professional skill development—supporting TMCF’s mission to prepare students for success in an increasingly digital workforce.
Responsibilities
Scholars who complete an Adobe Digital Skills Academy course through TMCF gain:
- Practical, career-relevant digital skills aligned with today’s workforce demands
- Increased confidence and fluency using Adobe tools and creative technologies

Select an Adobe Digital Skills Academy course aligned with your academic interests or career goals. Courses are self-paced and designed to build practical, industry-relevant skills that can be applied immediately.
- Step 3: Leverage Your Credential
Upon completion, add your Adobe Digital Skills Academy credential to your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and professional portfolio. Use your new skills to strengthen applications for internships, employment, and additional TMCF opportunities.
