The Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator supports RPI’s marketing and communications team by executing digital marketing initiatives and providing team support that advance the organization’s mission and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Communications: Execute social media and email campaigns, design engaging graphics and videos, and maintain website content.
- Event Support: Develop digital strategies to promote events, assist with on-site event logistics, and handle event-related communications.
- Administrative Support: Support the team with data entry, tracking and analyzing analytics, and maintaining communication calendars.
- Project & Asset Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organized archives of digital marketing assets.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, or event marketing required.
- Knowledge of social media, marketing, design, video editing, motion graphics, and CRM software.
- Aptitude for learning technological tools and ability to streamline and improve workflows.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage calendars and event-related logistics.
- Continual growth mindset, openness to change, and ability to think strategically.

- Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
