Senior Manager E-Commerce (One Year Contract)

**Description**
Ownership of E-commerce KPI planning
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with all key stakeholders to ensure any changes communicated are cascaded and adjusted accordingly in a timely manner
- Acts as a key Leader in regular touch bases and meetings to ensure any gaps and/or opportunities are identified and insights are shared to optimize any programming and/or activations across multiple brands
- Advocates for streamlined processes that will help create efficiencies and improve workflow cross-functionally and how information is communicated to internal and external partners i.e. Marketing Calendars, SXS, Sampling Calendars, Forecasting, Post-Mortems, Competitor Audits
- Advocates best practices across multiple brands in order to educate and develop better insights that will help optimize the online experience, investments and growth of business
- Responsible for sales estimates and execution of brand portfolio
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Responsible for budgeting and planning alongside branded leadership teams necessary budgets and forecasting allocations of assortment planning, samples, GWP, localizations
- Brainstorm, develop and maintain loyalty point budgeting allocation for promotions via ecommerce platforms that align with the portfolio of brands DNA
- Budget planning and allocation on an ongoing basis for conversion of funnel of media investments while also ensuring the marketing team is able to spend on media accordingly for awareness and consideration funnels
- Manage a portfolio of brands ecommerce presence in Canada. Acting as the main point of contact for all day to day escalations
- Report on overall metrics and online performance of the respective portfolio(s) in Canada
- Ensure the maintenance of all KPIs for a designated portfolio in Canada
- *Qualifications**
- University Degree, preferably major in Marketing, E-Commerce with 3⁃5 years relevant experience
- People leader experience of one to two direct reports
- Sales and/or retail marketing a plus
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Experience with all aspects of brand management, e.g.: marketing, sales, training, merchandizing, and public relations
- Good industry knowledge and network of relationships in the industry with customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, press, advertising agencies, and other business partners
- Beauty marketing experience within makeup/skincare metier with in⁃depth knowledge of Digital era
- Meticulous, highly organized, critical thinking and able to perform a variety of tasks in a fast⁃paced environment
- Proven leadership skills including the ability to lead, motivate, coach direct reports, being capable to influence and build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders. Clear achievement is a must
- Ability to develop creative, effective, measurable marketing initiatives
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office software applications
