Job Description
Terra Universal is growing and looking for an experienced B2B Email Marketing Manager who will lead our email marketing campaigns aimed at business customers. As the B2B Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop email campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B email marketing strategies
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure optimal performance
- Analyze and report on email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
- Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and other tactics to improve performance and drive revenue growth
- Work with the content team to create segment-specific, brand-appropriate content for emails, and enforce brand standards on all email assets
- Create visually appealing email templates, write compelling content, and segment email lists for targeted campaigns
- Implement best practices for SEO and UX (User Experience) to drive organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize ad copy for maximum performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B email marketing
- Strong understanding of B2B email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Ability to successfully manage and collaborate on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content that resonates with the target audience
