About the Role

Shaarp World is a founder-led parent company building and scaling ventures across media, education, wellness, and digital brands. This internship is for a creative, proactive student who wants hands-on experience in

marketing, outreach, content, and podcast production

, while learning directly from an entrepreneur managing multiple ventures.

You will work closely with the founder,

Andreia Kaehl

(LinkedIn: ), supporting the launch and growth of a podcast, brand initiatives, and outreach efforts. This is not busywork — you'll take real ownership and learn by doing.

What You'll Do

• Support social media content and posting
• Assist with marketing and brand initiatives
• Outreach to podcast guests, partners, and collaborators
• Coordinate podcast scheduling, prep, and follow-ups
• Support podcast production and launch workflows
• Assist with newsletters, articles, and written content
• Help execute growth, engagement, and distribution ideas
