Role Overview: As the Technical eCommerce Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading migration to Shopify and managing key digital/eCommerce transformation projects that will shape the future of our online retail platform. This is a hands-on, process-building opportunity for an experienced and tech-savvy leader who thrives in dynamic environments, paving the road for innovative growth within a rapidly expanding company.Key Responsibilities:Shopify Migration: Lead the migration of eCommerce platform to Shopify, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of processes, integrations, and tools.Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver eCommerce transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, digital marketing integrations, and user experience improvements.Process Improvement: Build scalable and efficient workflows tailored to the needs of a smaller company in growth mode, ensuring the alignment of project processes and business goals.Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between developers, designers, business stakeholders, and vendors, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.Performance Optimization: Analyze operational inefficiencies and propose strategies to improve eCommerce performance, such as site speed, conversion rates, and customer retention.Risk Management: Identify and troubleshoot project risks to prevent delays and disruptions within the eCommerce ecosystem.
