Within the role, you will own and execute the growth marketing strategy across channels like content, paid ads, and SEO to reach and retain educators. You will develop a trusted brand through strategic content, rank for high-impact keywords, and drive performance through data, A/B testing, and marketing automation.

This role would suit an experienced hands-on growth marketer with a background in scaling user acquisition from early stage to growth stage, and who is looking for an opportunity to lead strategy for a highly effective product that has excellent PMF, whilst scaling your own team within the business.

The Role

Own and execute overall growth marketing strategy
Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns (content, paid ads, SEO) targeting educators
Drive content and SEO strategy to boost brand trust and rank for high-traffic keywords
Use A/B testing, growth metrics, and automation to optimize performance and reduce churn
Hybrid in Brooklyn, NYC

The Person

Experience in a product marketing/growth role at a growth stage startup
Familiarity with EdTech, LMS platforms, or academic workflows
Proven ability to drive user growth through creative, data-driven strategies
Skilled in customer research, technical SEO, email marketing, and automation tools
