Digital Marketing Analyst

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is currently partnered with a direct seller insurance company with a national presence in recruiting for a Marketing Analyst, Digital.

Responsibilities

  • Work with outside agencies and inside partners to collaborate, troubleshoot and review data tracking and reporting for consistency and accuracy
  • Develop reports and data visualizations for ongoing measurement for omnichannel marketing including advertising, direct mail, addressable media, online marketing, SEM, email, and other marketing campaigns
  • Proactively analyze prospect, customer, and competitor related data to extract actionable insights for marketing planning and decision-making
  • Communicate research and analytical findings and implications to management
  • May be called upon for additional duties

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; a master degree is preferred
  • One years or more relevant experience is preferred
  • Hands on experience with data analytics and report building is a must
  • Excellent mathematical skills required and strong statistical background preferred
  • Able to approach issues proactively and prioritize/reprioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs such as Excel and Access, and proficiency in statistical and reporting tools such as SAS, Tableau, and MicroStrategy are preferred
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL is a plus
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and tag managers such as Adobe, Google Analytics
