Papé Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a driven, detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Digital Inventory & Marketing Specialist.
This is an entry-level role with strong upward potential. It’s an opportunity to learn the equipment business from the inside while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales support, pricing strategy, and dealership operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Digital Inventory & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in how our equipment is presented to the market. Your work directly impacts how quickly and effectively inventory moves.
You will
- Capture professional-quality photos and videos of equipment
- Write accurate, compelling equipment descriptions
- Upload and manage listings across company and third-party digital platforms
- Monitor inventory aging and identify units that need pricing or marketing attention
- Partner closely with sales teams to ensure listings are current and accurate
- Maintain organized and precise inventory records
This role requires initiative. You won’t be micromanaged — you’ll be expected to take ownership of your work and continuously improve how we present our inventory.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A high comfort level with technology including apps and web platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Equipment experience is helpful but not required – we will train the right person!
Compensation: $20-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
