Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Assistant (Amazon) at Nellie’s Clean located in North Vancouver, BC.

The Job Duties will include

• Assistance with creating and maintaining listings on Nellie’s Amazon.
• Creating and processing shipments, maintaining the inventory and making sure the product is always in stock.
• Creating and following-up on cases with Amazon support.
• Providing administrative support with Nellie’s Amazon US and Canada accounts.
• Processing customer orders and providing customer service.
• Working with the in-house inventory system ‘Fishbowl’ to track the orders, create the shipments and maintain the Amazon inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.
