Email Marketing Specialist - NBC Sports

Job Description
NBC Sports is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join the CRM team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, develop actionable insights, and optimize CRM efforts to drive engagement and fandom.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end email production process through successful conceptualizing, coding, editing, QA, and deployment
- Manage the approvals process and route previews to internal stakeholders and implement all revisions
- Coordinate newsletter content, schedules and deployments across multiple brands
- Monitor daily sends and troubleshoot technical issues related to coding, segmentation, rendering, and deployment
- Assist in developing comprehensive reports detailing all key email marketing metrics including delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out, and segmentation analysis
- Work closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on time
- Identify email linking strategies to optimize the user experience
- Summarize results of email campaigns, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive future optimization opportunities
- Expert user of email service provider and customer data platform to create email automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segments
- Ensure that marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines
- Assist in developing marketing plans to grow database
- Support the Sr. Manager, Email Marketing with all projects related to this position
