Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Khazana Canada. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across all locations. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee outside sales efforts to expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create promotional campaigns that highlight our unique offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Must hold a Driving Licence (G)

Experience

• Sales: 3 years (required)
• Marketing: 3 years (required)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
