E-commerce Marketplace Specialist (LA or NY)

POSITION SUMMARY
A leading Japanese manufacturer seeks a self-driven E-commerce Marketplace Specialist with advanced problem-solving skills to drive business expansion. Manage our Amazon, eBay, and Walmart accounts, with a preference for experience on Amazon Vendor Central. Ideal candidates are curious, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments, collaborating across teams to achieve category leadership and align marketplace strategies with business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- E-commerce Operations: Online Store Management: Create and manage an online store that drives traffic and is easy to navigate.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and seamless order fulfillment.
- Execute Promotions and Marketing Strategies: Plan, implement, and optimize promotional campaigns to boost online sales.
- Advertisement Management: Oversee the advertising campaign, content components, and relationships with HQ for the website.
- Sales Management: Ensure compliance with online sales goals and contribute to the overall e-commerce marketing plan.
- Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings across various marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Customer Engagement: Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on marketplace platforms as well as corporate websites, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any concerns or questions.
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
- Experience in E-commerce or marketplace operations such as Amazon Vendor Central, eBay, and Walmart.
- Skill in Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design tools for creating compelling visuals and infographics
- Conversational level of Japanese language skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
SALARY USD45,000-72,000+Bonus
WORKING HOURS 9:00 AM - 5:30/6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (8-hour work with a 30-minute to 1-hour break included)
