Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, highly analytical, and results-focused Internet Sales Manager to own and grow two of our most critical eCommerce accounts: Lowe’s.com and Wayfair.com.
This is not a generic eCommerce role—this is an account ownership position where you will have full responsibility for driving sales growth, optimizing over 1,000+ SKUs, working directly with category buyers, analyzing profitability, and ensuring every product is positioned for maximum sales potential.

Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Lowe’s.com and Wayfair.com category buyers.
- Build and execute growth strategies for both accounts, focusing on sales, profitability, and market share.
- Conduct monthly account review calls with buyers—own the agenda, insights, and action items.
- Identify underperforming SKUs and create actionable improvement plans (content updates, promotions, pricing adjustments, etc.).
Product Positioning & Optimization
- Manage and optimize over 1,000 SKUs—ensuring product listings are accurate, competitive, and conversion-ready.
- Work with our ad team to target the right SKUs for advertising campaigns and track ROI.
- Implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
Data Analysis & Profitability
- Use advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) to analyze SKU-level performance.
- Conduct profitability analysis by SKU and category—make recommendations for assortment adjustments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure product availability and fulfillment readiness.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to maintain best-in-class product imagery and descriptions.
- Collaborate with FP&A to align advertising investments with profitability goals.
Strategic Advertising
- Work with internal and/or external advertising teams to plan campaigns that drive measurable sales growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust based on real-time results.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Lowe’s.com and Wayfair.com accounts with demonstrated sales growth results.
- Advanced Excel skills—must be proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and profitability analysis.
- Strong FP&A-style analytical skills—comfortable making data-driven business decisions.
- Understanding of eCommerce marketing, SEO for product listings, and paid advertising strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with buyers and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to deliver results without constant supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of SKUs and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
- Must be available for light travel to visit customers, attend trade shows, and participate in key meetings.
