Chino, CA – Local candidates only. Job Type: Full-time THIS IS A NON-REMOTE POSITION.
If beauty and makeup is your thing, we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated in-house eCommerce/ Amazon & Shopify Manager to oversee our online platforms.
Impressions Vanity Company specializes in glamorous Hollywood style lighted mirrors and beauty products for the consumer.
We are a growing company in a relatively new market. Come be part of our team and grow this business with us.
We are looking for a candidate who will manage our day-to-day operations on Shopify and other on-line sales accounts.
This position is only available for our Chino, California location.
The ideal candidate will help optimize product listings on Shopify,
Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair and other mediums of online sales research and develop strategic planning to drive higher sales volume
profitability.
Responsibilities
Understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and the FBA program with experience managing product listings
Keep current with trends and changes to e-commerce platform policies and procedures
Familiarity with producing ecommerce sales reporting (using excel and extensive use of pivot tables) and other forecasting and profitability reporting needed to help inform business decisions
Manage E-Commerce team
Ability to write title, bullets, effective copy, product classifications & A+ Content for product listings, to positively impact natural results with Shopify & Amazon’s algorithm
Collaborate with different departments for a seamless operation
Continuously evaluating and optimizing keywords, bid strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and storefronts.
Maintain inventory levels on platforms to avoid overstock
Contacting Shopify & Amazon to resolve product listing issues
Analyzing product sales performance to determine the best and worst performing SKUs
Developing Amazon reporting summaries, search term analytics and competitive bench-marking and make recommendations to drive business KPIs
SKU and UPC management: descriptions, new item set up, activation/deactivation, attribute and image optimization, inventory and shipment management
Monitoring product inventory and direct flow of inventory to platforms
Create listings, identify keywords, improve SEO to ensure maximum exposure of our products
General site content maintenance
Maintain product information/description on site
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Sponsored Ads a PLUS
Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for e-commerce channels (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Target Plus, etc.)
Working with design teams create online listings for new products using templates and copy for new product listings with keywords. Present the products online correctly.
Digital Advertising campaign buildout and optimization
Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews
Coordinate between production and warehouse staff members regarding shipments/inventory.
Ensure compliance and requirements for sellers on platforms
Undertake related duties as directed
Qualifications
- Two years of management and operational experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, and Shopify.
 - Skilled in utilizing Amazon analytics tools and performance metrics effectively.
 - Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
 - Proficient in using a variety of Amazon seller tools.
 
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent MS Excel skills and sales reporting experience is required
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to work at a fast pace and think on your feet
Self-starter, creative thinker, and problem solver
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Experience managing e-comm team in a fast paced environment
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00/year
