In this role, you will support data-driven marketing campaigns through detailed SAS programming, data cleansing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate production of counts and data files for acquisition, cross-sell, and retention campaigns using SAS programming.
- Cleansing and standardizing partner files for use in marketing campaigns.
- Consulting with strategy and campaign management teams to agree on data briefs/matrices.
- Producing regular marketing campaign response reporting and recommending improvements.
- Collaborating with external data bureaus and suppliers to access new data sources.
- Supporting responses to customer and partner complaints through data mining and investigations.
- Responding to ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- Maintaining the Marketing Database through table updates, database maintenance, and process improvement recommendations.
- Ensuring all data work is managed with effective quality controls and risk mitigation.
- Identifying and implementing automation for data production and campaign activity counts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computing or a similar numerical field, or three years of relevant work experience.
- Highly numerate and analytical mindset.
- At least two years of experience in a commercially data-driven/analytical role.
- Proficiency in SAS programming, ideally with two or more years in a commercial environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Direct marketing experience is desirable but not essential.

- Salary Range: $74,012.70 to $98,683.60 and Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
