E-Commerce Operations and Marketing Manager

At Eze Fashion, (www.ezefashion.com) we specialize in beautiful African-inspired accessories that celebrate culture and craftsmanship. We're looking for a passionate and experienced individual to help us relaunch and grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate website updates, product listings, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new product ideas and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and accessories.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation
- Annual income is $30,000 + 25% Net Profit and Bonus incentives.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
