MANAGER OF DIGITAL MARKETINGWho is a Manager of Digital Marketing?GoodLife's Manager of Digital Marketing participates in the development and execution of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy supporting GoodLife's business goals and strategic objectives. This includes overseeing the amplification of content and promotions across digital channels, specifically all active social media channels. This role oversees and collaborates on the creation of compelling content as well as growth and development of GoodLife's social media strategies for the purposes of lead generation as well as Member retention and engagement.What will you be doing?Participates in the development and execution of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy on social media and content marketing in alignment with GoodLife and its sub-brand business goals and objectivesContributes to the definition of GoodLife's digital marketing strategy.Responsible for helping the team develop and deliver digital marketing, with a primary focus on social media, strategy for GoodLife Fitness.Participates and co-leads the execution of digital marketing campaigns to ensure their success through KPI's, timeline, budget and scope while meeting business and marketing objectives. This includes social media, email marketing and paid media.Leads and collaborates with team members on planning/strategy/ideation, execution, and ongoing optimization of social media across all GoodLife social platforms.Test and new growth of social channels.Manages the planning and execution of all social media content that is planned for both always-on brand marketing and activation marketing support.Manages team to maintain and update social media posting schedule, social media pages look/feel and post-execution utilizing SPRNKLR (social media marketing tool).Collaborates with the Customer Membership team on social media comment management.Responsible for the research, analysis and strategic implementation of performance insights, industry trends and emerging social media and digital content marketing opportunities.Defines and measures goals and KPIs that are most relevant to the team and stakeholders.Analyzes and interprets social media performance data and extract actionable insights for ongoing optimization.Provides insights, recommendations and best practices to team, managers and cross-functional stakeholders and collaborators.Provides insights and recommendations to test, analyze and optimize digital marketing performance in key channels and track relative to year on year (YoY) and forecast.Manages direct reports and the people requirements of the Team using provided tools and resources to ensure the successful execution of all key responsibilities and tasks, retention of great talent, and high Associate engagement.Facilitates recruitment of direct reports alongside the Talent Acquisition Department to ensure adequate resourcing based on approved Team budget.Leads the onboarding, coaching, learning, development, and performance management of all direct reports to ensure a positive and safe working experience.Fosters collaboration among teams and facilitates brainstorms, think tanks and ideation sessions that drive creativity, innovation and idea generation.Actively collaborates and strategizes cross-functionally to ensure alignment and efficiency in digital marketing efforts.Works collaboratively with other digital marketing channel owners in the development of integrated marketing campaigns.Works with Legal, Public Relations, Member Support Departments, and all operating business units to provide expertise and insights on best practices.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor's degree4+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing, channel marketingManagement experienceStrong knowledge of major social media platforms, both paid and organic (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)Experience using SMM tools (Sprinklr Hootsuite etc.)Understanding of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.What's in it for you?Ongoing training and development to ensure a long and successful career pathCareer advancement opportunitiesCompetitive Total Rewards PackageFREE Fitness membershipFun and energetic atmosphere to come to every day!This job posting is for an existing vacancy.Diversity and InclusionAt GoodLife Fitness, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and members feel valued, respected and supported.
