Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, working directly with the team to execute campaigns and maintain client websites. If you enjoy working across multiple platforms and love the satisfaction of organized digital content, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and send email blasts using MailChimp
  • Design digital flyers and graphics for web and social media use
  • Update websites with new content, images, and layout changes
  • Produce short-form marketing videos using heyGen
  • Perform basic SEO updates on WordPress websites (metadata, titles, alt text, etc.)
  • Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with MailChimp, Canva or Adobe tools, and WordPress
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic search rankings through keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences while utilizing marketing automation tools for efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI through conversion optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, SEM strategies, and performance marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress for website management.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus for technical implementations.
  • Experience with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is desirable for content creation purposes.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
