Were hiring a full-time SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and help shape the future of our search visibility! This is a new role created to support our Sr. SEO & Content Creation Manager and report to our Director of Marketing. Youll partner with content and paid media teams to identify technical issues, optimize content, improve crawlability, and stay ahead of SEO trends, including LLM (Large Language Model) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) search innovations.
What Youll Be Doing
- Run technical SEO audits and implement high-impact fixes
- Lead backlink outreach and build authoritative links
- Optimize content for organic search, local SEO, and visibility in LLM-driven search results
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics like impressions, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, and page speed
- Use tools such as SEMrush (or equivalent), GA4, GSC, Shopify, and HubSpot
- Collaborate with content teams on keyword research and on-page strategy
- Work with web admin to enhance site performance, structure, and crawlability
- Stay ahead of trends in search engine behavior, AI-driven search, and SEO best practices
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical + content)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Schema markup, and Shopify SEO best practices
- Solid understanding of e-commerce SEO
- A sharp mix of strategic thinking and executional follow-through
- Understanding of LLMs and GEO search
- Bonus: Experience with local SEO , international SEO , or medical device SEO
- Extra bonus: Familiarity with AEDs or emergency medical markets
