Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our online presence and growth strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of SEO, paid campaigns, and website management — and who’s ready to make a measurable impact on brand visibility, lead generation, and market authority.
What You’ll Do
- Lead SEO strategy by applying expert knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, MOZ, and Semrush to boost online visibility and keep our websites technically sound.
 - Stay ahead of the competition through ongoing analysis, uncovering opportunities to strengthen our market position.
 - Fuel growth with fresh ideas, developing and implementing continuous content improvement and strategies that keep our brand relevant and engaging.
 - Maximize discoverability by ensuring websites are fully indexed and crawled, with a focus on increasing mentions, impressions, citations from AI platforms (Google, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot). This will be our primary focus for 2026.
 - Build authority by driving continuous improvements in Brand Authority and strengthening our digital footprint.
 - Own paid search, managing Google AdWords campaigns with confidence and precision to deliver measurable ROI.
 - Shape our web presence by maintaining and enhancing WordPress functionality, design, and user experience.
 - Collaborate with the best, coordinating with outside contractors on content creation, placement, branding, link building, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
 - Engaged Learning, you’ll continue to sharpen your skills while staying current on new SEO strategies and emerging technologies relating to SEO/AI via attendance at annual conferences.
 
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success managing SEO and PPC campaigns with measurable results. Seven years minimum and demonstratable experience required.
 - Strong technical and strategic understanding of SEO centered website optimization.
 - Hands-on experience with WordPress and digital marketing best practices.
 - A creative thinker who can translate data into smart actionable and long-term growth strategies.
 - Excellent communication and project management skills to lead internal and external suppliers.
 - B2B marketing experience.

Compensation
$93,125-$105,650 Base Salary
Individual Compensation Program
· Qualified Lead Bonus (QLB)- Paid Monthly based on Organic SEO Performance
· High Quality Backlink (HQB) – Paid Quarterly
