We’re looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can own and grow the online presence of two fast-paced, family-owned businesses in the dock and trailer industries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small business environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and has a passion for driving growth through creative, data-driven marketing.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize all online profiles and digital channels
Run paid campaigns on TikTok, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads
Track performance with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CallRail, and SEMrush
Use HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and reporting
Design and produce engaging content: product videos, social posts, graphics, email campaigns, and website updates
Create assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (video, photo, and design tools)
Work within WordPress and WooCommerce to manage website and e-commerce content
Collaborate with sales and installation teams to support campaigns and customer review initiatives
Stay ahead of marketing trends to bring new strategies and creative ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with digital advertising and analytics tools
Strong creative skills—comfortable producing and editing professional-quality video, photo, and design content
Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce
Strong design and creative eye using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with owners and team members across both businesses
Finger on the pulse of modern B2C marketing (with some B2B experience a bonus)
