Job Brief

As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee social media strategies for various companies, craft engaging content, run advertising campaigns, and travel to events when needed for coverage. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each brand’s online presence aligns with its unique identity while driving audience engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts across multiple brands in different industries, ensuring consistent and brand-aligned content.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative content, including photos, videos, graphics, and copy, tailored to each brand’s target audience.
  • Ad Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns for multiple companies, optimizing for reach and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster an active online community.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend strategies to improve social media effectiveness.
  • Event Coverage: Travel to events when necessary to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media use.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform changes to keep our strategies current.

Requirements

  • At least 3 year of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role, preferably handling multiple accounts.
  • Strong skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing.
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Basic design skills; proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel for event coverage when required.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, in-person
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional Sunday work depending on events.
  • Pay: $20 - $26 per hour
