About Us
At DYSL.IO Inc. , we are building innovative AI-powered tools designed to empower neurodiverse individuals and make digital spaces more inclusive. Our flagship product, Axon.AI , combines predictive AI with accessibility-first features like text-to-speech, customizable fonts, grammar/spell check, and focus aids.
We’re an early-stage, pre-revenue startup , and we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who can set the strategy while rolling up their sleeves to execute everything marketing—from content creation to paid ads to brand storytelling. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape and scale a mission-driven company.
Role Overview
This isn’t a corporate “strategy only” role. As CMO, you’ll be hands-on : creating motion graphics, running ad campaigns, producing content, managing analytics, and building the growth strategy from the ground up. You’ll be the marketing engine that brings our vision to market, while laying the foundation for a future team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution : Develop and own the marketing and growth strategy for Axon.AI and future products. Balance high-level direction with hands-on work: content creation, ad management, analytics.
 - Content & Creative : Create and oversee content, including motion graphics, social media reels, UGC, blogs, and email campaigns. Build a consistent brand identity and storytelling approach that highlights our mission.
 - Advertising & Analytics : Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn. Track funnel performance (CAC, churn, LTV, conversion) and use analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, Firebase) to improve ROI.
 - Leadership & Growth : Collaborate with the CEO and product team to align marketing with business goals. Build and mentor a marketing team as revenue and funding grow.
 
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to lead and execute marketing in an early-stage startup or SaaS/app-based company.
 - Strong skills in digital marketing, paid ads, and growth funnels .
 - Hands-on experience with motion graphics and content creation .
 - Analytical mindset with performance tracking and attribution experience.
 - Entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and building from scratch.
 - Bonus: Familiarity with accessibility tech, health tech, or AI-driven products .
