The Opportunity: SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to own our content funnel and growth strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape how the world discovers Craver and turn visibility into real results: leads and booked demos.
You’ll take charge of
- Blog strategy – keyword research, content planning, briefing writers, optimizing posts, and growing organic traffic.
 - Newsletter – building our subscriber base, improving engagement, and converting readers into demos.
 - Nurturing flows – designing campaigns to re-engage leads who drop out of the funnel.
 - Reddit strategy – experimenting with authentic ways to reach and engage our audience.
 - Content funnel – creating content that travels across YouTube, blogs, newsletters, and social video – and making sure each format performs.
 - Video Production – scripting, shooting & producing videos to help exsting & prospective customers get the most from Craver.
 
This is both a creative and analytical role: you’ll generate ideas that resonate, then measure and optimize relentlessly to make sure they deliver.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years in digital or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
 - 1+ year of SEO experience – with an impact you can demonstrate with numbers
 - Familiarity with funnel metrics and lead nurturing strategies.
 - Ability to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive conversions.
 - Strong writing and communication skills across formats.
 - Creative thinker with an analytical edge – comfortable with both ideas and numbers.
 - Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (CMS, SEO platforms, email automation, analytics).
 - Experience in content repurposing across blog, video, and social.
 - A genuine curiosity for the coffee shop/QSR industry.
 
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary: $65,000–$75,000 CAD
