We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager who can blend creativity with data-driven strategy to take our online sales channels to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for digital marketing, and loves turning clicks into customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, content specialists, and SEO experts to create strategies that drive sales forward.
  • Partner with our graphic designer to produce engaging, brand-consistent content.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, including SEM, B2B marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Build and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to increase traffic, boost conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide effective, audience-focused content creation.
  • Manage affiliate marketing campaigns and ensure they align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools to guide strategic decisions.
  • Apply conversion rate optimization techniques to improve the customer journey from landing page to checkout.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods, supplements, or related industries.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics is required.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, affiliate programs, and analytics platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
