CRO Specialist (Conversion Rate Optimization)

The CRO Contract Position
We are currently searching for an experienced CRO Specialist to understand the evolving needs of our clients through regular engagements with C-level stakeholders. The CRO Specialist is responsible for technical knowledge to construct, propose, and support the implementation of overarching SEO, UX, CRO, paid, content-driven marketing and analytical strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- CRO experience is a must
 - Provide growth recommendations to clients
 - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize scalable web platform and page-level SEO projects based on traffic and revenue growth opportunities
 - Build reporting and communication methods to track success
 - Drive performance marketing and coordinate with the team to confirm and present data from CRO & UX tests
 - Effectively time-manage with all clients and initiatives
 
Candidate Qualifications
- CRO: Ability to lead a conversion rate optimization program for any landing pages or site content touched including A/B testing, onboarding flows, and checkout flows for ecommerce brands
 - SEO: At least 3 years of experience doing SEO at scale, technical SEO analysis, site architecture consulting, and page performance recommendations
 - Character: Possesses charisma, leadership skills, and an ability to drive success and deliver favorable results; acts as brand ambassador and a mentor
 - Data Analysis: Exceptional data analysis skills
 - Acquisition & Activation: Experience owning and driving successful user acquisition and activation strategies on mobile and desktop web
 - Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present priorities, opportunities, challenges and business cases at both a high level and in detail to partner teams.
 
Minimum Hiring Requirements
- Possess legal authorization to work in the United States
 - Achieve a favorable background and reference check
 - Commit to working in a 100% remote work environment

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
