About the role

As a Quality Engineering Lead - Digital Marketing (AEM/AEP), you will make an impact by driving high quality delivery across digital marketing platforms, ensuring seamless integrations, stable releases, and strong collaboration across marketing, product, and engineering teams. You will be a valued member of the Digital Experience QA team and work closely with Product Owners, Marketing Operations, Developers, and third party vendors to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

In this role, you will

  • Lead test strategy, test planning, and test execution for feature rollouts and releases.
  • Troubleshoot and debug integration and product-related issues across AEM, AEP, and connected systems.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors and internal teams to resolve complex integration challenges.
  • Manage regression, end to end, and automation testing across marketing workflows, campaigns, and personalization features.
  • Drive automation for AEM components, AEP data pipelines, and campaign workflows using Playwright.

What you need to have to be considered

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Retail domain, with strong proficiency in Digital Marketing, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Solid knowledge of functional and automation testing processes.
  • Strong experience debugging integration and product issues.
  • Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and ensuring delivery quality.
  • Hands on experience with Playwright automation.
  • Experience preparing test plans, defect reports, and QA metrics.
  • Mandatory experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Marketing Operations, and Developers.
  • Experience managing risks, escalating blockers, and driving resolutions.

  • Ability to oversee in sprint automation and ensure release readiness.
