Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates through data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market.

2. Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Develop data-driven inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and enhance conversion rates.
  • Leverage paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and retargeting campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff.

3. Content Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and oversee the content marketing strategy, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Manage social media presence, engagement strategies, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility.

4.Analytics, Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Utilize Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing dashboards to track campaign performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Continuously test and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance insights and customer behavior.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on digital marketing effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare, SaaS, or technology industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
