Position Overview
If you've ever juggled designers, developers, and clients to bring an eCommerce website to life — this role is for you. We're looking for a Digital Project Manager with hands-on experience launching WordPress websites, ideally in an agency, web studio, or client-services environment. You’ll lead client web builds, coordinate creative and development tasks, and collaborate closely with our SaaS implementation team to create high-converting online stores for cannabis retailers.
The Implementation Specialist will focus on the configuration and product adoption of our integrated SaaS platform, while you will handle the coordination and execution of the website project. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Using Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation, you will keep projects organized and on track while fostering strong client relationships. This position can be done remote as long as you have a solid internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Supervise project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful execution of project tasks.
- Develop detailed project plans, track dependencies, and identify critical paths.
- Use Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation to keep projects organized and on track.
- Manage requirements effectively throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Work closely with the business development team to define and scope new client engagements, strengthening client relationships.
- Contribute to refining project management practices within Breadstack Technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management for web and e-commerce projects (i.e., Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify).
- Proven experience with various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe.
- Demonstrated skills in budgeting and resource allocation for successful project delivery.
- Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong skills in requirements management to ensure alignment with client expectations and project outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation.
- Knowledge of website/e-commerce usability, conversion optimization, analytics, email marketing, and SEO is an asset.
- Knowledge of PHP and Wordpress is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
