About the Role:We are looking for an experienced On-Page SEO Specialist to develop and implement impactful SEO strategies focused on improving search rankings, enhancing website visibility, and driving organic traffic. This role encompasses on-page optimization, technical SEO, content planning, and supporting digital marketing efforts specifically for law firm clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed keyword research tailored for law firm websites

Publish and optimize new content using WordPress

Prepare on-page SEO recommendations and implement changes to boost search performance

Develop monthly content requirements for landing pages and blogs

Identify new and trending blog topics to drive organic traffic

Execute all assigned technical SEO tasks

Track and analyze website performance and keyword rankings

Optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and improve rankings

Research competitors and provide strategic SEO recommendations

Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO best practices

Recommend improvements to site architecture, content, and linking strategy

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an SEO agency

Proven background in Law Firm SEO (strongly preferred)

Familiarity with Local SEO and Law Firm Schema

Skilled in tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
