The ideal candidate will develop and execute a strategic social media presence for athletes' personal channels, showcasing their unique identity and affiliation with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and capture compelling content for live social channels
• Manage content calendars for seamless delivery
• Create engaging copy for athlete social content
• Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
• Cultivate relationships with athletes and their teams
• Monitor sentiment across all social platforms
• Foster community engagement on athletes' pages

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management for athletes or sports teams
• Proven track record of executing large-scale social media campaigns
• Expertise in content creation equipment and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong understanding of social platform tools and best practices
• Able to travel frequently for events and activations
• Demonstrated passion for sports and social media
