Staff Web Product Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Staff Web Product Manager to lead the company website's product strategy, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), signups, and activation.
Main Responsibilities
- Owning KPIs for website performance, including conversion rates, signups, and activations.
 - Designing and executing a CRO roadmap, incorporating A/B and multivariate testing to improve messaging, design, and user experience.
 - Analyzing user behavior to identify areas for improvement and driving data-driven decisions.
 - Building and prioritizing a pipeline of growth experiments to enhance acquisition metrics.
 - Collaborating with Growth Marketing to ensure alignment on acquisition strategies and optimize website performance.
 - Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-informed improvements and drive business results.
 - Identifying new growth opportunities, user journeys, and digital experiences to accelerate signup and self-serve adoption.
 
Key Requirements
This is a senior-level position requiring 8–12 years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, CRO, or acquisition for at least 4+ years.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with web analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and attribution models, combined with analytical and creative skills to drive business outcomes.
