Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and efficient Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead the daily order fulfillment duties within our Distribution Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and possess autonomy to take initiative with daily tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year college program or diploma in a related field or 3 years of relevant experience
• Overall understanding and experience working in a distribution centre environment and with warehouse management systems
• Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
