Job Title: Senior Brand Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing communication and project management within the in-house production department, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and building strong relationships with partners.

• Manage and guide communications projects from initial planning to delivery and execution, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
• Build and maintain positive partner relationships through collaboration, negotiation, and open communication, fostering trust and cooperation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging expertise and resources to drive success.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and be proficient in project management tools such as Workfront, with a strong background in marketing and communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have

• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing and communications.
• Proven project management skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, with experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
