Summary

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to join our team at Bascom's Chop House in the heart of the culinary scene. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community through creative content and strategic social media initiatives. You would meet with management and staff every week or 2 to keep tabs on the business features and goings on and then translating that into successful online posts. You would also keep our print ads fresh with new content for approximately 5-10 graphics designs per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand goals.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Foster relationships with influencers and community members.

Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or a related field.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data using platforms like Google Analytics.
• Creative mindset with strong graphic design skills is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
