Summary
Barsys, a trendsetter in cocktail crafting technology, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for our New York City office. This role involves strategically deploying and managing the marketing budget across major platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok, with a focus on maintaining a minimum 3.5X Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of digital marketing expertise, particularly in online advertising, and a track record of achieving exceptional ROAS.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Management: Create, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok. Align campaigns with Barsys’ brand and marketing goals.
- Budget Optimization: Efficiently allocate and manage marketing budgets across platforms to maximize return on investment while maintaining a 3.5X ROAS.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance. Utilize data to make informed adjustments for optimizing strategies.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing for various campaign elements to identify the most effective tactics.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, particularly in social media advertising, to adapt and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive digital strategy that complements broader marketing initiatives.
- Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Target Audience Engagement: Develop targeted strategies to effectively reach and engage the intended audience.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with our audience.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Facebook, Google, and TikTok advertising.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain high ROAS.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
